Project Description

In October 2022, I was commissioned to design a single-story rear extension for a home in Totnes, incorporating disabled-accessible facilities in compliance with Part M regulations. Planning approval was granted in May 2023, followed by building regulations approval in August 2023. I then developed detailed construction documentation to guide the project.

The homeowners, working closely with the contractor, are overseeing the construction phase with my designs as the foundation. Designed to enhance both accessibility and functionality, the project is expected to be completed in early 2025.
