The Seahorse Cantina

Project Description

I was appointed by the owner of The Seahorse restaurant (Mitch Tonks) who purchased Freeborns estate agents located along the Raleigh Street in Dartmouth in the Winter of 2016. In October 2016 planning permission and listed building consent was granted to ‘Change of use from class A2 to A3 to provide private dining room to extend the existing restaurant including signage’. The ‘Cantina’ restaurant is linked to the Seahorse restaurant for a private dining experience.
