Overseeing planning and listed building consent to enable creation of a bar to complement the Seahorse restaurant.
I was appointed by the owner of The Seahorse restaurant located along the South Embankment in Dartmouth in the summer of 2016. In June planning permission and listed building consent was granted to ‘Extend existing restaurant (class A3) to provide Bar / waiting area’. As the ‘before’ image show the only accessible route via a toilet into the business premises behind formally known as Salcombe Ice Cream Parlour.
Client Feedback
“When you have a vision and want to bring it to life you need someone who is able to put it on paper and then navigate the planning and associated regulations which get ever more complicated. Selena was that person for us at the Seahorse when we creating Joes Bar and the Cantina, a first class service in nervy way that brought to life our vision“
