Chillington

Project Description

In July 2021, I was commissioned by the new owners of a property in Chillington to secure planning permission for proposed alterations and extension to dwelling.

The property was also updated with a new fitted kitchen and extensive redecoration throughout bringing the property more modern with a contemporary finish and landscaping.

Planning permission was granted in December 2021. I then developed detailed construction documentation, which received Building Control approval in April 2022. The client appointed a contractor directly, opting to forgo the tender process in favour of a trusted working relationship with the contractor.
