Brixton

Project Description

In November 2019, I was engaged by the new owners of two plots in Brixton, to redesign their approved planning permissions. Originally obtained by the former landowner in 2019 through BBH architects, the plans required revisions to customize the fenestration to suit each 5-bedroom property.

Revised planning permission was granted in summer 2020 after my submission earlier that year. I subsequently led the building regulations and construction documentation process, coordinating with structural engineers, truss specialists, and material suppliers.

The clients pursued the project as self-builds, employing subcontractors to realize their vision.
