In September 2020, I was commissioned by the new owners of a property in Churchstow to secure planning permission for conversion of the existing garage to form an additional bedroom with ensuite facilities and to reconfigure the utility room at the rear into an additional bedroom all at one level.
The property was also updated with a new fitted kitchen and extensive redecoration throughout bringing the property more modern with a contemporary finish.
Planning permission was granted in November 2020. I then developed detailed construction documentation, which received Building Control approval in December 2020. The client appointed a contractor directly, opting to forgo the tender process in favour of a trusted working relationship with the contractor.
